Skill Set Most recruited for:  Level 2 trauma experience; experience across various surgical specialties including orthopedics (general, total joint, and spine), neuro, general/GYN/urology (including DaVinci), vascular, and thoracic. 

Must have:  

·       2 yrs hospital experience
·       Recent (within the last 12 months) level 2 or greater trauma experience

Preferred or nice to have: 

·       Expert spine and ortho skills

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):  

·       Spinal fusion, total joint replacements, ortho trauma 

·        DaVinci Robot procedures (prostatectomy, colectomy, gastric bypass, etc.)
