Glens Falls Hospital Glen Falls NY Submission Requirements:
-Please check the job posting requirements for the 14 panel drug screen and make sure your agency can run this ENITRE panel (within 24hrs of offer acceptance) ------- --BEFORE you upload your traveler to this need.  Thank you!  
-Minimum 2+ years of Behavioral Heath Unit experience - Required
-Experience with Pediatric, Adolescent, and Adult Patients - Required 
-Recent travel experience 
-Experience with de-escalation of agitated patients
-De-Escalation Training of any kind, CPI or NAPPI/Welle Certifications- REQUIRED
-Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle.  This is a firm requirement. 
-EPIC experience required
-Clinician MUST be reliable!  No attendance concerns, call outs, etc... - very patient 
 oriented Unit.

Certification Requirements
-BLS (AHA)
-CPI

State License Requirements
-New York

-NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).  

-Weekend Requirements:- Every Other Weekend/Holiday rotation required.
