Worked here during COVID so pay was great. Overall great level 1 to work for. One of the only one’s in the area. I was on the ISCU. Such an amazing floor with a great team. So welcoming and supportive. Rural area for night life but gorgeous for outdoor activities. Great area if you love hiking or skiing.

the medical ICU nurse supervisor (not the manger) is one of the most toxic passive aggressive person I’ve come across in a long time.

Overwhelming amount of staff call out daily with little support from supervisors.

Start there as a traveler….. lots of favoritism…. Staff nurses watching you, trying to get you fired from moment you start. Managers are eccentric and pretentious.

Job from HEll

A place to get greeted poorly by staff. Staff is rude, condescending, and no pleasure to be around. They will talk about you in front of your face as well as behind your back. Some will snatch things out of your hands while you are looking at it, you are not considered as being employed by Dartmouth by the staff, just some outside scumbag intruding in their space. It was the worse experience I have had as a traveler
