  Job Function:

<li>Actively engage residents through regular apartment visits, community outings and escorts to appointments as needed.</li>

 Job Requirements:
<ul><li>BA/BS required, preferably in a related field such as social work, sociology or psychology</li>
<li>One year of experience working with single adults impacted by poverty, chronic homelessness, mental illness, substance abuse and medical issues required.</li>
<li>Highly organized and able to manage a diverse case load of clients with diverse needs.</li>
<li>Able to work well under pressure including in crisis situations and able to be flexible with work schedule when necessary.</li>
<li>Track record of proactive, strength-based work with individuals and families.</li>
<li>Experience with ETO, or other electronic case management systems.</li>
<li>Experience working with evidence based models, specifically Motivational Interviewing, preferred.</li>
