<ul><li>Strong preference for either enrollment in or completion of a degree program. Bonus for degrees in Child Development, Psychology, or related fields</li><li>Ability to achieve and maintain RBT certification (Soar will provide paid training)</li><li>Previous experience with children and enjoyment working with children</li><li>Ability to work on a team</li><li>Must have reliable transportation to both training location and local center.
