Role Overview:
As an OT at Soar, you will:
<ul><li>Implement naturalistic occupational therapy for children aged 2-6 years in a center-based setting, with a focus on autism</li><li>Craft interventions aimed at improving gross motor, fine motor skills, feeding practices, and daily living activities tailored to the needs of children with autism</li><li>Perform multidisciplinary assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with other clinical areas (ABA, speech therapy, psychology), including co-treatments with speech therapists</li><li>Mentor and guide a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to integrate OT goals into their therapy, enhancing their approach to autism care</li><li>Monitor the progress of clients, update treatment plans and goals, and communicate necessary adjustments to team members and families</li><li>Collaborate closely with families of children with autism, setting goals, building relationships, sharing progress, and providing coaching and support on their journey</li></ul>
Qualifications:

What You'll Do 
<ul><li>The BCBA will plan, oversee, deliver, and adapt naturalistic therapy for young children ages 2-6 years old in a center-based setting</li><li>Conduct multidisciplinary assessments and create treatment plans in coordination with other clinical specialties (speech, OT, ABA, psychology)</li><li>Design and implement services based on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM). a play-based form of therapy</li><li>Be a part of an interdisciplinary care team including speech, occupational therapy, and mental health services</li><li>Monitor client progress, update treatment plans and goals, and communicate needed changes to team members and families</li><li>Partner with client families to develop goals, build relationships, communicate progress, and coach and support them in their journey</li></ul>
What You Have

Role Overview:
As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist at Soar, you will:
<ul><li>Design and execute naturalistic occupational therapy for young children aged 2-6 years in a center-based environment.</li><li>Develop targeted interventions to enhance clients' gross motor, fine motor skills, feeding abilities, and performance in other daily activities.</li><li>Conduct comprehensive multidisciplinary assessments and formulate treatment plans in collaboration with other clinical domains (ABA, speech therapy, psychology), including conducting co-treatments with the speech therapy team.</li><li>Provide coaching and mentorship to a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), guiding them in integrating OT goals into their therapy sessions and supporting their professional development.</li><li>Regularly monitor client progress, revising treatment plans and objectives as needed, and ensuring effective communication with team members and families.</li><li>Forge strong partnerships with families, setting collaborative goals, fostering meaningful relationships, communicating progress, and offering dedicated coaching and support throughout their journey.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>A degree in Occupational Therapy with a focus on pediatrics or a similar field</li><li>Current licensure as a Occupational Therapist</li><li>Experience in working with children with autism or related developmental disorders</li><li>Strong understanding of and commitment to early intervention and integrated care approaches</li><li>Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a passion for supporting the growth and development of children with autism</li></ul>

In your role as a Behavior Analyst at Soar, you will:
<ul><li>Devise and implement personalized, naturalistic ABA therapy for children aged 2-6 within a center-based environment</li><li>Work collaboratively with our clinical team, including specialists in speech, occupational therapy (OT), and psychology, to conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate effective treatment plans</li><li>Apply ESDM-informed ABA therapy strategies (training on this model is provided, prior experience with ESDM is not required).</li><li>Manage a caseload of approximately 7-8 clients</li><li>Perform standardized assessments to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly</li><li>Establish and maintain positive relationships with families, offering guidance and support throughout their therapy journey</li></ul>
