<h2>Job Summary</h2> We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team on a PRN contract basis. The ideal candidate will be an experienced clinician who is confident working independently, has strong patient-focused skills, and can provide high-quality evaluations and treatments across various settings.This position offers flexibility, competitive PRN rates, and the opportunity to work with a supportive therapy team. <h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Complete comprehensive speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing evaluations</li><li>Develop and implement individualized treatment plans</li><li>Provide therapy services in accordance with physician orders and clinical best practices</li><li>Document all services accurately and timely in the EMR</li><li>Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams</li><li>Maintain compliance with state licensure, ethics, and facility policies</li></ul><h2>Requirements</h2><ul><li>Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology</li><li>Active SLP license in the state of practice</li><li>ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred</li><li>Previous clinical experience in acute care, outpatient, SNF, or home health (facility-specific)</li><li>CPR/BLS certification</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage a variable PRN caseload</li></ul>
