Shift: 0630 - 1700 + call 1-2 nights/week & 1 weekend/mo Minimum Experience: 1 year Cath Lab (with additional IR experience strongly preferred); 1 year of IR with some Cath Lab experience ok as well or 1 year IR (with additional Cath Lab experience strongly preferred) Consider 1st time traveler: Yes, with 2+ years of experience Required Certifications: RCIS -or- RT(R), WA State License (required to apply), BLS, ACLS Patient Types: Cardiac, vascular, radiology Mandatory Skills: Scrub, Circulate, Monitor via Maclab or Merge EMR: EPIC On-Call: Yes,1-2 nights/week & 1 weekend/mo; 30 min response time Weekend Rotation: call only Scrub Color: provided 431056
