Level 3-4 experienced, at least 3-5 years Flexibility of nights and days, Team player, values patient experience and accountable Day Shift – 1 charge with an assignment, No nursing aids utilitzed. Staffing depends on acutity. Night Shift – same as above Patient Ratios – 1:1-4:1 Type of equipment – Level 3, oscillators, vents, bubble CPAP, central lines, 23 weekers, ABG machine, pump feeds, telemedicine
