Registered Nurse - Sevierville, TN (New Graduates can also apply!) Job Type – Full-Time (Onsite) Shift – Night Shift (12*3) Position Summary: The Registered Nurse shall interact with the residents during the shift and assist staff in meeting the functional needs of the resident. The RN shall assist to ensure a safe and therapeutic environment at all times. The RN shall take physician orders, prepare and administer resident medications, assess and document resident's condition, and facilitate outside diagnostic or medical services that are ordered by the physician. Provides a comprehensive nursing assessment identifying resident needs, problems, capabilities and limitations. Records and transcribes physicians written and verbal orders. Carries out or delegates STAT orders immediately. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements: Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. Requires state license as a Registered Nurse. Prefer one (1) year experience as a Registered Nurse. Prefer at least one (1) year in psychiatric nursing. Requires valid CPR/BLS and State Driver's License. New graduates are welcome to apply.
