This hospital is looping for a Pulmonary Wellness Specialist plays a vital role in the multidisciplinary outpatient Cardiopulmonary Wellness team. The PWS is responsible for overseeing all aspects of pulmonary rehabilitation patient care, including patient selection, assessment, treatment planning, exercise therapy, patient education, and outcome measurement.
