Physical Therapist - Acute - (PT - Acute)
StartDate: 1/20/2025 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1778.80 - $1949.11

Physical therapist needed ASAP DAYS, Tues - Fri 9a-5:30p; Sat- 7-3:30; 40 hours/wk every other weekend. Graduate from certified PT program 2+ years of inpatient PT experience required. MA PT License and BLS required. Facility is not accepting local candidates. BILH Coversheet Required Cannot have worked perm/travel for any Beth Israel facility within the past year. COVID Vaccines + Booster required at time of submission. 2024-2025 flu vaccine required at time of submission (declinations not accepted). If candidate does not have current flu vaccine, we will accept an attestation stating they will receive it prior to start.

Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed)
SSN Required
DOB Required
References: 1 Reference in entire work history Graduate from certified PT program
Facility is not accepting local candidates.
