Description
The Nuclear Medicine Technologist works under the direct supervision of the Radiology Director and reports to the Director and /or Assistant Director. The Nuclear Medicine Technologist performs all nuclear medicine procedures through the proper administration of radiopharmaceuticals.
Required Licenses and Certifications:
- Must hold a Nuclear Medicine Technologist license in the state of Kentucky.
- ARRT, KBMIRT, or NMTCB - required
- Current CPR
- Graduate of an approved Nuclear Medicine program or a certified Radiologic Technologist competently trained in Nuclear Medicine.
- One year related recent work experience in the field of Nuclear Medicine.
