Minimum of 18 months perm CVOR RNFA experience prior to travel
Must have experience with vein harvesting
MUST have RNFA certification
MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND
**AHA BLS required
**MUST have Epic experience
*TWO recent references from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED to qualify for submission.

Genie Healthcare Job ID #2524974. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
