Shift: Variable / 8x5, 40hrs per week

Requirements:
- CA Pharmacy License
- 1 Year Experience
- Successfully completed NAPLEX required
- PharmD or equivalent degree
- AHA BLS
- Preferred: completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency, or at least 3 years of inpatient/operational pharmacy experience.
- Preferred: Advanced proactive board certifications.

- Must be willing and able to work a workforce disruption if needed
- Ability to float to other UCSF Facilities.
