Weekend REQ: Call rotation starting end of shift on Friday (1645) till Monday am (0615). This rotation is once every 3-4 weeksCerts REQ: BLSIs on-call REQ? Yes - Call is 1-2 times per week and every 3-4 weekends Requirements: 

• 3-4 years experience
• Work Setting Experience Required: Acute Inpatient OR, CVOR, Outpatient OR
• Surgery Case Experience Required: Cardiac, General, Thoracic, Vascular
• Cardiovascular experience required: Coronary Artery Bypass Graft, Mitral Valve replacement, Pericardial window
• Vascular experience required: Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm repair, Arteriovenous fistula repair, Arteriovenous fistula repair, Carotid Endarterectomy, Femoral popliteal bypass graft, Vein stripping
• Endoscopic Procedure Experience Required: Bronchoscopy, EGD, Laparoscopic assisted cases, Peg tube placement/exchange
• Trauma experience required: Amputations, Gunshot/stab wounds
• Equipment Experience required: Case Cart, Drills, Electrosurgical Units, Fiber optic light source/cords
• BLS
