Must have applied for OR RN Lic and submitted Fingerprints to BON Must have WA state, or active compact license - Traveler will be transporting between Oregon and Washington locations Critical Care Flight/Transport RN-Neo/Peds Needs to have previous experience as flight/transport RN with NICU/PICU interfacility transports 1 year exp BLS NRP PALS Conscious Sedation Vents Intubation UCV/UAC Placement Flight and ground transport experience Level 1 Trauma Preferred Patient Diagnoses: Prematurity-neonatal resuscitation Respiratory distress/failure Asthma DKA Sepsis Cardiogenic shock Seizures Ingestion/overdose Cardiac arrest/failure Start Date: 6/3, 6/10, 6/17, 6/24 Shift: 100-0730 with occasional need for 1 REFUSAL TO FLOAT AS REQUESTED WILL RESULT IN A CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT Legacy Health expects travelers to float within a site and across the system. Travelers are required to complete any education assigned within one week of assignment. Low Census Mandatory cancellation terms: Must cancel 1.5 hours before the start of a shift. Personnel may be mandatorily cancelled one shift per two week pay period without cause or penalty
