Travel $92.50 Local Rates: $87.50 : 51-100 Mile, $82.50: 50 miles or less. 16 week assignment. Miller 3, PCU; Cardiac Progressive Care Stepdown Tele/ Surgical Focus, 12H Days, cardiothoracic, vasc exp req; Must have Post-OP 1 Day hearts open/closed exp to sub; ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS req in file to submit; PCCN preferred, must be willing to float to like units -; must have prior exp. in a large teaching facility..2yrs in unit exp req to submit; -EPIC experience from within the past 12 months is required and nonnegotiable. No work hx with gaps over 30 days w/o explanation can be submitted; Must have Facility Type, EMR, and Bed Count filled out to submit, otherwise file will be rejected!! IVS to Interview/OFFER COVID19 and flu declinations accepted- please have these in the submission packet. Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended No block schedules for any reason, vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November – April
