Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - CVOR 48's

Shift: Variable Days, 9a-9:30p / 9a-10:30p, 12x4, 48hrs per week, EOH

Length: 13 weeks

On call requirements: 3 calls a month- 2 of the calls will be assigned at the beginning of the month and the 3rd will be assigned if needed. Call time frames are Mon-Fri 9p-6a, Sat/Sun if it is a standby call it would be either a 6a-630p or 6p-630a.

Requirements: 

• OH / Compact License
• Must have 1.5 years recent CVOR experience
• Must have minimum 1.5 years Perm experience in specialty applying for prior to travel
• AHA BLS

Other Details:

CVOR RN circulator.Scrub experience required. Circulate Cardiac, Thoracic Surgery.
Day shift: 4x12's 9am-9:30pm or 3x13's 9am-10:30pm - Will be further discussed with NM during interview.On call requirements: 3 calls a month- 2 of the calls will be assigned at the beginning of the month and the 3rd will be assigned if needed. MUST HAVE 18 months recent CVOR experience.MUST HAVE min 18 months PERM experience in specialty applying for PRIOR to travel.MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HANDAHA - BLS cert required
Traveler must work at least every other holiday.ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required.Qualivis – Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked.
