Shift: Days/ 7a-7p, 12x3, 36 hrs per week, EOW/ and holidays

Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• OH /compact license
• 2 years experience
• BLS

Other Details:

• Patient Ratio: 1:6
• First Time Traveler : Yes
• Float - May be required, depending on need
• Charting System Experience: Paragon (experience not required)
• Scrub Color: Royal blue or white or combination of both
• COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
• Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Unknown

Licensure: OH RN or compact RN
Certifications: BLS
Special Procedures/Equipment: None
Patient Ratio: 1:6
Charting System Experience: Paragon (experience not required)
Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend/ and holidays
On Call Requirements: None
Floating Requirements: May be required, depending on need
First Time Traveler (Y/N): Y
