Shift: Nights/ 7p-7:30a, 12x3, 36hrs/week, EOWLength: 13 Weeks
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend; however it could be more based on the needs of the unit, however this would be rare if it was more that every other...Holidays: 2 out 3 for major holidays (winter holidays) other holidays are as needed & would fall into perm staff rotation
Requirements: 

• CA license
• 3 years' experience
• Must have experience recovering fresh hearts directly from the OR within past 6 months
• Must have general medical & surgical ICU experience in addition to CVICU experience for this unit
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS
• Cerner experience requied
• TAVR, Impella, IABP, recovering fresh hearts immediate from the OR, Lumbar drains, Swanz, manual hemo experience preferred
• CCRN Preferred

Other Details:First to float # beds: 10 bedsRatios: 1 to 1 or 1 to 2EMR: CernerOnly floating would be to the other ICUs or to ER for inpatient ICU holds
