Shift: Nights / 7p-7:30a, 12x3, 36 hrs per week, EOW,  sometimes every 3rd

Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• MI license
• Minimum 2 years experience
• BLS
• Unit Systems: Pyxis required, EPIC required

• Float: No floating at this time
• Patient Age Group: Adults to Geriatrics
• First-timers accepted
• Patient Diagnosis: CHF, DM, Ortho, CP, Pneumonia, COPD
• Unit Details: Insulin drip, Cardizem drip, No vents

• Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Unknown
• Local accepted
