Shift: Variable / 12x3, 36hrs per week, Every other weekend/Holiday rotation required

Length: 13 weeks

Must be flexible to rotate Day or Night Shift(Should be per 2 week schedule at a time)

Requirements:

• WV License
• 2 Years Experience
• 2 + years CURRENT Skilled Nursing experience - Required
• Previous travel experience of 1 plus year  - Required
• Proficiency in med passes, physical assessment and dressing changing required
• AHA BLS
• BSN - Preferred
• Cerner EMR experience - Preferred
