Shift: Nights / 7p-7a (12x3) 36 hOUrs per week, 2 weekends (4 shifts) per 4 week schedule

Requirements:

TN license
2 Years’ Experience
BLS
Med/Surg Experience, ability to prioritize care, multitask, start IV’s, basic wound care, maintenance of surgical drains, nasogastric tubes, & chest tubes
Patient Experience requirements: Expected to provide attentive and compassionate care to patients/family members. Bedside shift report, ability to make personal connections with patients and include them/family members in their plan of care

Documentation system: Meditech
Type of equipment: IV Pumps, Telemetry, SCD’s, Continuous Pulse Ox Machines, Feeding Pumps, PCA, EKG machines, bladder scanner, iMobile communication technology
Comprehensive Stroke, ACS Verified Level II Trauma Center, Certified Chest Pain Center
Navy scrubs, tops and bottoms
Contract labor is first to float; go by rotation when there are multiple C/L staff scheduled
