Job Title: Radiology / Cardiology- MRI Tech
Location: 1001 S George St York, PA 17403-3676
Duration: 3 months
Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00). We are flexible we could take 7p-7a or 11p-11a
Guaranteed hrs: 36 hrs
Weekly gross: $ 2650

Job Description:

  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, such as X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, and echocardiograms.
  • Assist cardiologists in performing non-invasive tests like EKGs, stress tests, and Holter monitoring.
  • Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures, ensuring comfort and safety.
  • Interpret and analyse imaging results to assist in diagnosing cardiovascular conditions.
  • Maintain accurate records of procedures, patient history, and test results.
  • Educate patients on the imaging process, explaining safety precautions and expectations.
  • Collaborate with radiologists, cardiologists, and healthcare teams to discuss findings and treatment plans.
  • Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of imaging equipment.
  • Administer contrast agents or other medications as required for imaging procedures.
  • Follow safety protocols, including radiation protection, to ensure the safety of patients and staff.
     
Required:
  • 2 years' experience required
  • BLS, ARMRIT
  • EPIC Required
  • Client EXP Required
