Hospital:  Memorial Health University Medical Center Location: Savannah, GA Address:  4700 Waters Ave. Unit: NICU (Neonatal) RRT Building:   General Information Unit Specifics: ·          Number of Beds : ·          Patient Ratios : ·          Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : ·          Type of equipment:  Servo U & Drager VN500, F&P Bubble CPAP, HFOV, HFJV, Vaportherm, & heliox therapy.  ·          Documentation system:  Epic ·          Scheduling requirements: 7PM – 12 hr shift ·          Floating policy: ·          Patient Experience requirements: 1+ years Neonatal ICU or PICU Critical Care experience Hospital Specifics- ·          Certifications:  PALS Hiring profile Requested Skill Set:   Must have : 1+ year Neonatal or PICU Critical Care experience   Advanced skills needed:       Procedures performed on unit:  Must be able to independently admit and manage vented patients in Peds ICU using Servo –U ventilator.  Also, setup and manage heliox therapy  though invasive and non-invasive measures.    Familiar with non-invasive ventilation including use of biPAP and CPAP. Neonatal skills to include Bubble CPAP, and, use of nitric oxide, and high frequency ventilation.   Certifications Required:  PALS   Dress Code : (Required uniform) ·           Hunter Green Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please attach unit specific policies and guidelines. ·            Awards/Recognition:   Please include anything that you would like prospective candidates to be aware of, such as, links to videos that feature the department, outstanding department/team awards..  ·            Any additional information that would entice a worker to select your unit for their assignment:  Consider items such as new equipment or technology, tenure and experience of staff, schedule options, etc. ·
