- Oversee the daily operations of the nursing staff and the overall facility, ensuring efficient patient care and appropriate resource allocation. \n
- Serve as a leader and clinical resource for nursing staff, providing guidance, support, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and policies. \n
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient care continuity, addressing any clinical, administrative, or operational issues. \n
- Ensure adequate staffing levels and make real-time adjustments based on patient needs and unit requirements. \n
- Monitor patient care activities, including assessing patients, reviewing care plans, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. \n
- Respond to clinical emergencies, assess situations, and provide appropriate guidance, interventions, or escalate to higher levels of care as needed. \n
- Assist in staff development and orientation, providing mentorship and feedback to nursing staff regarding performance, policies, and best practices. \n
- Coordinate with department managers, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth communication, patient flow, and resolution of issues. \n
- Address complaints, concerns, or inquiries from patients, families, and staff, ensuring a focus on patient-centered care. \n
- Ensure the facility is compliant with regulatory and accreditation requirements, including monitoring documentation and reporting any discrepancies. \n
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports on operational activities, staff performance, and patient outcomes. \n
- Support and enforce infection control protocols and safety standards to prevent risks to patients and staff. \n

- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted. \n
