Shout-out to Kayla who checks on me throughout the assignment. Whether I need help locating my paystub to hotel options, she directs to correct dept her response time is commendable. She has friendly and calm voice. When I am frustrated on a site or lost in a new town, her empathy and compassion shines through the phone. Creditiailly dept process can be a little slow and unorganized. Needs are mostly required during work hours or days off. Occasionally that has been an inconvenience.
