What is a Long Term Care LPN/LVN?
Long Term Care LPNs are licensed practical nurses, or licensed vocational nurses, who specialize in administering basic nursing care in long-term care environments. They aren’t considered independent practitioners, so they must be supervised by a registered nurse or other medical supervisor.
