ABSMC-Summit CampusPosition Overview:
Under the direction of a radiologist or supervisor, performs radiographic procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision. Performs a variety of technical procedures that require independent judgement, ingenuity and initiative to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis. Assumes responsibility for designated areas or procedures as required. May have individual responsibility for specified radiographic procedures and/or be assigned various duties including student instructions and lead duties.Job Description:
EDUCATION
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
HS Diploma or equivalent education/experience
Other: Satisfactory completion of formal radiologic technology training in an AMA approved school.
CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE
CRT-Certified Radiologic Technologist
RHF-Radiology Fluoroscopy
ARRT - Radiography - American Register of Radiologic Technologists
BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AS TYPICALLY ACQUIRED IN:
Competent in components of radiographic practice as determined to be adequate by the Assistant Director.

Pay Range is $55.12 to $70.24 / hourThe salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package.
