Requirements:

TN License
2 years MS/Tele experience. with travel or 3 years MS/Tele experience with no travel req
BLS

2 yrs MS/Tele exp. with travel or 3 yrs MS/Tele exp. with no travel req.Large HospitalLevel 1 FacilityCompact or TN License at time of submittal.Must live at least 100 miles from facility
