Practices within the Rules and Regulations and Practice Act set by the Board of Physical Therapy of the State of Wyoming
Performs thorough chart review prior to treatment
Correctly administers physical therapy techniques/modalities in a safe, effective manner, including interchanging treatment media, based on formulated treatment plans and goals
Evaluates patients, utilizing all available information and age specific knowledge, within time frames outlined in policy and procedures
Trains patient/care giver in use of assistive equipment
Effectively and appropriately monitors and adjusts treatment according to patient response to treatment
Completes all documentation required in a timely manner
Recognizes and fulfills all legal responsibilities
Qualifications
Required Licenses
Current Physical Therapy License in the State of Wyoming
Current Drivers License
Required Skills
Current BLS certification through American Heart Association
Wound care experience required
