Reputable SNF is looking for a highly motivated and energetic physical therapist to join the team in Santa Barbara, CA. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment.

Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist, Skilled
Experience: 1 year
Licenses: PT-CA
References: 1 Reference in entire work history

Preferred Qualifications
Skilled Nursing Experience
Active CA License
Covid Vaccination + Booster
Rehab Optima and BLS Preferred
Negative COVID-19 test result (test taken within 7 days prior to her start date)
