Administers ionizing radiation to patients producing diagnostic radiographs.

Operates x-ray equipment, prepares patient exam room, equipment, supplies and medications.

Performs technical and ancillary tasks necessary to provide patient services per departmental and hospital policy.

Certified and licensed through IEMA and ARRT required.

CT Experience is also required.

Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables.

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.

Adheres to radiation safety procedures.

On-call for 3rd shift/holidays/weekends as scheduled.
