Trauma level II experience

Recent EPIC charting experience (will be required to do a checkoff class)

Skills: Tele/12-lead EKG interpretation, Initiate/titrate drips, PIV insertion, chest tube/indwelling drain management, CBI, stables drips, antidysrhythmic, nephrostomy tubes

Strong assessment and critical thinking skills

Hard worker, resilient and manages change well, social candidates.

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Start: 12/16 or 12/30

Guaranteed Hours: 36 (will accept 48 upon request)

Shift Requirement: 12hr Nights 6:30-7

Three weekends out of every six week schedule

Every other holiday

Patient Population: High acuity – Tele/M/S, Cardiac heavy

Skillset required for Tele/12-lead EKG interpretation, management of chest tubes/indwelling drains, etc.

Ratio: Days 1:4-5; NOCs 1:5-7; CN rarely takes patients on days, but takes an assignment on NOC shift

Unit Strengths: Excellent retention and experience on unit

Manager has been over the unit for 15+ years and has built a strong team

Seeking contracts due to upcoming FMLA for multiple staff

Scrub Colors: Navy blue scrubs
