Travelers must live 100 miles away from any Monument Health facility
Previous permanent staff must wait 1 year before returning as a traveler
Patient Types: Adults with a variety of diagnoses
Patient Ratios: RN: PCU/Tele - 1:4 (Days & Nights), Med/Surg – 1:5 (Days & Nights), CNA: 1:8 (Days & Nights)
Will you accept a first-time traveler? RN: Yes, if greater than 2 years' experience, LPN: No – no exceptions

Job requirements

PCU RN: cardiac and vasoactive drip titration
Tele RN: Cardiac rhythm interpretation, IV starts, Blood product administration
LPN: Cardiac rhythm interpretation, IV starts, Blood product administration
CNA: acute care experience preferred

Schedule information

Weekend rotation – Every other or 50% weekends per 4-week schedule. Weekends are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Travelers are not scheduled On Call hours, but may be placed On Call related to Low Census
Holiday Expectations: Every other holiday minimum during contracted timeframe
Approval of time off? Up to 7 days. Must extend contract if unable to work a full week to accommodate a 13-week contract. No RTO during Sturgis Bike Rally (first 3 weeks every August)
