Float REQ: Tele

Weekend Coverage REQ: Every other

Unit Systems: Pyxis, Cerner, SBAR

Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency Response: Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Telemetry - on the unit monitoring, Use of Rapid Response Teams

Endocrine/Metabolic: IV Insulin Protocols

GI: Feeding tube care and management

Genitourinary/Renal: Pre/Post hemodialysis mgmt., Renal failure

IV Therapy/Phlebotomy: Accessing Ports, Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, Peripheral Line Care/Management, Phlebotomy, PICC line management, Starting IVs

Medications: Heparin Protocols, Manage Cardiac drips- no titration, Manage Vasoactive drips-no titration, PCA

Neurological/Psychiatric: CVA, Pre/Post neurosurgery, Spinal cord injury, Traumatic Brain injury

Ortho: Trauma, Total joints

Plastics: Surgical drains

Respiratory/Thoracic: Chest tubes-Emerson/Pleur-evac, External CPAP/BIPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Nasal Cannula, Non-invasive airway management, Oxygen face masks, Tracheostomy Management
