<li><b>Start Date:</b> 12/16 (4-6 weeks from offer for compliance requirements) IF NOT LICENSED, WILL NEED TO BOOK 10-12 WEEKS OUT TO ALLOW ENOUGH TIME FOR LICENSE TO POST.</li>

<li><b>Shift:</b> 3x12 Night (7pm-7:30am)</li>

<li><b>Ratios:</b> 8:1 days; 13:1 nights</li>

<li><b>Years of Experience REQ:</b> Home Health or LTC exp preferred. Travel experience is preferred.</li>

<li><b>Epic REQ?</b> 1 year of Epic experience is preferred.</li>

<li><b>First-Timers Accepted:</b> Yes</li>

<li><b>Weekend REQ:</b> TBD</li>

<li><b>Skills REQ:</b> IV Insertion, PICC Lines</li>

<li><b>Is on-call REQ?</b> No</li>

<li><b>Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs?</b> Rarely</li>

<li><b>Guaranteed Hours:</b> 36 per week</li>

<li><b>Top 10 Diagnosis/Procedures:</b> CVA, Dementia, RA, Afib, Hip fx, Parkinsons, BKA, PNA, COPD, BKA, Huntington's dx</li>

<li><b>Common Equipment:</b> Hoyer lift, SARA lift, tube feeding pump, IV pump</li>

Required Certifications: BLS

<li>Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week</li>

Pending License Accepted: Yes but w/o an AK license they have to be booked 10-12 weeks out

RTO Restrictions: We do not have any specific requirements around Holidays, however if the traveler is here for more than one recognized holiday we would ask them to work one of the holidays.

Epic was designed as an acute care EMR and has been modified to accommodate LTC; however, the modifications make the charting labor-intensive.
