Every 3rd Weekend Rotation, Holidays as needed
Float required. All travelers subject to float between all Cone Health facilities if needed.
Minimum 2 years experience required. TRAVEL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

State License Verification required within 30 days of start
NURSYS Verification required within 60 days of start

Government-Issued Photo ID Required.
Social Security Card Required.
All candidates must complete the Health History Form and upload it prior to clearance. Candidates must also hand carry this form during their Health at Work appointment.
