Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing compassionate, quality care that is customer and family-focused. Key responsibilities include:

• Assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting care of customers according to hospital and care center policies and standards of professional nursing practices.
• Being accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered.
• Defining, implementing, and improving practice standards and the environment of care while promoting exceptional customer care.

Duties may vary based on the assigned customer care center, which may include differences in the required specific clinical skills. The RN is expected to actively and consistently demonstrate the mission, vision, values, and guiding principles of Maple Grove Hospital.

Requirements

• Experience: 3 years Level III or IV NICU experience (Required)
• Certifications: BLS, NRP, and STABLE (Required)
• Licensure: Active Minnesota License (Required)
