  • Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36 or 48 hrs
  • 12 hr Variables Day and Night – week rotation
    Job requirements
  • 1 year minimal acute care experience preferably within critical care
  • Preference for Critical Care experience within the past 3 years
  • 1 travel assignment preferred
  • Meditech Charting Experience Preferred
    Schedule information
  • Shift Requirements: 12 hr Variables Day and Night – week rotation
  • Every other weekend
  • Every other holiday
    Unit specific information
  • Unit Information: Float pool requirement from Critical Care, Cardiac ICU and IMC units
  • *Participates in purposeful nursing rounds according to patient need, incorporating the 7 Ps of rounding
  • *Oversees care of the stroke and/or cardiac patient, ensuring Core Measures are in place unless contraindicated
    Additional Details
  • *Critical Care Float Pool RN
  • Float Requirements: will float between critical care units - possible float to lower acuity units based on census and need
  • *Recognizes and reports abnormal diagnostic data
  • *Manages Change well, Resilient
  • *Skilled at assessment and knowledgeable of growth and development
  • *Provides appropriate care respective to the ages of the patients served per clinical environment
