Job Description

• Position Title: PET Technologist
• General Job Duties: Conduct PET oncology and cardiology exams.
• Equipment Utilized:

  • PET Scanner: GE
  • EMR: EPIC
  • RIS/PACS: Change (McKesson)

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of PET experience.
• Licensures and Certifications:

  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • NMTCB (Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board) or ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) in Nuclear Medicine
  • Active Nuclear Medicine license from the Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) Medical Radiology Services program.

Work Schedule

• No call, no holidays, and no weekends.
• Will work alongside another PET Technologist.

Unit Details

• Bed Size/Number of Rooms: 1 PET scanner and 2 injection rooms.
• Dress Code: Any color scrubs.

• Previous experience at Columbus Regional Health should be noted.
