- Patient ratios:
- RN 1:4-6
- CNA 1:6-13 on days and 1:10-13 on nights
Unit specific information
- Clear copy of drivers license required
- If drivers license is unavailable, a passport or state ID can be used in its place
- Name change/Discrepancy: As long as the proof of name change is on file and name change is in process on the license, then current docs are acceptable as placeholders
