• Schedule: Monday-Friday with potential weekend coverage. Additional day off provided if working weekends.

• ARRT(R) Certification
• Graduation from an AMA Approved Radiologic Technology School

Certifications

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support): Required based on unit.
• BLS (Basic Life Support): Current certification required.
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support): Required based on unit.
• Tech Certification Verification - National: Required prior to facility start.
• HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement: Required to meet Joint Commission standards.
• State License Verification: Required prior to facility start.
• NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP): Required prior to facility start.

Competencies

• Competency Exam: Required as applicable to Profession/Specialty.
• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam: Not required by client but must be collected to meet standards.

Health Documents

• Physical Exam: Within 12 months of start.
• Fit Testing: Required within 12 months of start.
• Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap Vaccination or Declination: Required within 10 years of start.
• Negative TB or Chest X-Ray: Required within the past 12 months.
• Drug Testing: 10 panel drug screen within 30 days of start.
• Flu Seasonal Vaccination/Documentation: Required annually.
• COVID-19 Vaccination: Documentation or approved exemption required.

History

• Background Check: Within 6 months of start covering all locations lived/worked within the last 7 years.
• EPLS/GSA/SAM Check: Required.
• HHS/OIG Check: Required.
• References: Not required by client but must be collected.
• Skills Checklist: Required annually.
• Transcript/Diploma: Required for all travelers.
