Job details

MUST HAVE EPIC EXPERIENCE, please note on submission profile to prevent delays!
Effective Immediately, you MUST include your New York Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate up front with all Glens Falls Hospital nursing submissions.
This license is required by the state of NY in order to staff for temporary needs.
COVID vaccinations not required, however strongly encouraged.

Job requirements

MUST HAVE EPIC EXPERIENCE - NON-NEGOTIABLE
2+ years of Current Med Surg - Required
MUST be willing to float to other units as needed
Peritoneal Dialysis training - Preferred
Experience in Oncology Care and End Of Life Care - Highly Preferred but not required

RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!!
NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
NO BLOCK SCHEDULING WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS NEED

Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.
Profile requirements: Work History, Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year, 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment), License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile (Current Nursys, BLS - Facility will not pend license/certs)
Travelers from the following counties in New York will not be considered for travel assignments at Glens Falls (Perm address must be included in profile): Albany, Columbia, Dutchess, Fulton, Greene, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Ulster, Warren, Washington
