Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment for all licensed professionals. Nursys quick confirm verifications should be completed for all APRN, RN’s and LPN/LVNs. Nursys should be used to review ALL license activity in all states, not just the state of placement. Copy of the physical license is not required. Nursing only Michigan hospitals need their licensure verified through LARA not NURSYs.
