Float Pool staff are sent to appropriate area based on need each shift. Will receive charge nurse training as well. May float to any Ascension campus as needed.

Job requirements

Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment for all licensed professionals. Nursys quick confirm verifications should be completed for all APRN, RN’s and LPN/LVNs.

Additional Details

Mandatory certifications: BLS, License/Certificate Verification
Documentation of vaccination series completion OR documentation of declination to vaccine.
Required for all travelers. If placement is in a state other than home state/issuing state of compact license for RNs, address on Driver’s license must match the home state for the compact license.
