Position Details

Required Certifications and Credentials

1. BLS (Basic Life Support)

   • Required for onboarding.
   • Preferred certifications: AHA, Red Cross, CHSF, or Military.

2. ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

   • Required for onboarding.
   • Preferred certifications: AHA, Red Cross, CHSF, or Military.

3. License/Certificate Verification

   • Primary source verification of professional license and/or certification required within 30 days of start date.

4. Fit Test

   • N95 fit test required within 365 days prior to start date and updated annually.

5. COVID-19 Vaccine

   • Completed primary vaccination series required; no exemptions or waivers considered.

6. MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella)

   • Documentation of two measles vaccines, two mumps vaccines, and one rubella vaccine required.

7. Influenza Vaccine

   • Required during flu season (September 15 - April 30); no exemptions or waivers considered.

8. TB Test

   • Documentation of TB skin test or negative QuantiFERON TB Test required within 3 months of start date.

9. Health Statement

   • Physician statement required within 365 days of start date.

10. MGB Criminal Background Check

    • Required for onboarding.

11. MGB Massachusetts CORI

    • Required for onboarding.

12. MGB Resume

    • Required for submission, including past 7 years of work experience.

13. MGB References

    • Two recent references required, including at least one supervisor.
