We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to: Provide care for patients during GI and Bronchoscopy procedures including the administration of sedation, be an integral part of a surgical team that performs multispecialty procedures, and assume the overall responsibility for management of the operating room to which you are assigned.

Job requirements

Must be able to perform Moderate Sedation in procedure, and pre/post all levels of care including PACU/Phase I and Phase II recovery
Must have experience recent experience in recovering sedated GI and pulmonary procedures such as ERCP, EUS, EGD, Colonoscopy, endoscopy/Bronchoscopy
Traveler must have completed two years of experience within last 3 years

Schedule information

40 hrs/week, Day/Evening, 8 & 10 hr shift, Monday-Friday
Rotating start times between 0630-0900
On call requirements one weekday - weekday call 1 time a week 1730-0700 and weekend call every 4-5 weekends
May be mandated to stay beyond scheduled shift for patient care needs

Unit specific information

Provide care for patients during GI and Bronchoscopy procedures
Experience in recovering sedated GI and pulmonary procedures required

Additional Details

Traveler’s permanent address must be 50 miles from assigned primary work site location
Floating - Travelers may have shifts scheduled in multiple units, depending on the current staffing needs and/or different locations within the organization
