RTO after booking is NOT allowed and is NOT allowed to be worked out onsite. Any call-offs or additional RTO on the unit could possibly turn into a Cancel and DNR.
NO BLOCK SCHEDULING.
ACTN CANNOT BE ACCEPTED in LIEU OF TNCC, DUE TO THE RECENT TRANSITION TO LEVEL 2 TRAUMA CENTER.
JOB DETAILS: RATIOS: Non-Critical, 3:1 (4:1 with hallway when callouts happen, and we cannot get someone to pick up), Critical pts: 2:1, Medical boarders in ED 5:1
SHIFT: 36 Hours Can Be Offered, Will accept 20-26 weeks ONLY!!
12hr NIGHTS; 18:45 - 07:15
NO BLOCK SCHEDULING.
Call Requirement: NO CALL
Float Requirement: NO FLOAT
Weekend Requirement: EVERY OTHER WEEKEND REQUIRED.
PATIENT DIAGNOSES: Adult patients, STEMI, STROKE, LEVEL 2 trauma patients. ~170 visits per day, 53 rooms/beds.
UNIT SYSTEMS: PYXIS/EPIC/SBAR.
ORIENTATION: 36 hours
SCRUBS: Navy Blue.
